It's time, it's time! We decided just now to go to Ohio for Thanksgiving with my husband's family...and they exchange Christmas presents at Thanksgiving. So I need to get half my shopping done ASAP! I need to buy for several different sexes and ages, so I thought I'd start a thread where we could share what we've bought for the various people on our list, and where we bought it. Please share your ideas, I need them! So far I've gotten a cookbook/ipad stand for my 15-year-old niece who loves to cook, and a passion flower necklace for my 14-year-old niece. Save

I told my boys not to even say the word Christmas until after Thanksgiving. So of course this morning they came into my bedroom blaring the radio station that plays Christmas music 24/7 from Halloween until Christmas. I can't wait until Dec. 26th! Thankfully I don't buy much for anyone but my immediate family.
I did go to Tuesday Morning today and found some really cute glass ornaments.

I have to send presents to 7 nieces and nephews in Europe. They are all mid to late teens. I was thinking about PJs, but just am not sure.
I did get David's Teas - one for my MIL and the other for my aunt. They are so fabulous!!!

We do Hanukkah and I buy only a few gifts, but I'm going to order my two little nieces Warm Buddy stuffies. They come with a removable bean bag insert that you put in the micro to heat up the stuffie. It can warm a cold bed or soothe a sick child or just be cuddly. My kids love them - and I love my warm buddy (non-stuffie versions). I was thinking of getting a warm buddy adult version- square / not stuffie for a good friend for her birthday. www.warmbuddy.comPaige. ETA - the stuffies are listed at the bottom of the webpage - the adult items are listed first.

Nice!
I haven't done much shopping yet. I bought my Toy Story obsessed nephew hand painted Toy Story letters that spell out his name from etsy.

I was just looking at Sam's Clubs black Friday ad! I really don't want to deal with Christmas yet. I have no idea what we're getting kids this year. They're 17 and 20 and there's no big wish items they have right now really. It was so much easier, and more fun shopping for Christmas when they were little!

Mine will be 26 & 20 by then and although my dd is easy to buy for (the 26 yo), my ds and dh are nightmares. My dh is very easy going about presents but he's not the "tie or desk organizer" kind of guy. He's a blue-collar man and impossible to shop for. Save

Here's your Christmas present. "A FLASHLIGHT! THIS IS THE BEST PRESENT EVER!" Ha ha! When my DD was about 3, she actually ASKED for a flashlight and ended up getting about 5-6 of the mini ones from different people! She had them all over the house. ETA: She's six now and the thing at the top of her list this year? A CELL PHONE. Seriously kid, you're NOT getting that!

I am pretty much done shopping for my DD. I bought Hamilton tickets in FEBRUARY!!! We are going xmas eve. I was planning on getting her a couple of small things so she would have something to open on Xmas morning. Well, she really wants a pair of timberland boots, and we were shopping this weekend.. and they were $50 off. So she is getting those for Christmas too! I swear I am a sucker! But she is NOT getting anything small, well other than the few things I already bought!

We bought our DS and his GF tickets to Florida for Christmas, so they can spend it with us. They both insist we don't buy them anything else, but there might be something little under the tree for them to open. Could be liquid. DH and I often buy something we need for the house for each other, this year it's going to be this stove. I am so tired of the one that came in the house we bought - I baked cupcakes the other day and had to rotate them a few times to get them to bake evenly. The eyes don't heat consistently, and it's white on top and is a real b!tch to clean. I'll cheer when it goes out the door. Also sneaking in a cruise for New Year's, gonna count that as a Christmas present. Going with 18 friends - should be fun. Now to figure out what to get 2 DDs, their husbands, and 2 grands.

Yay!!! Christmas is coming!!
I love gift threads.
I've bought my kids some little things.
My dd#2 gave me her Christmas list in September. Smart girl. She knows Santa is more likely to ensure her gifts are gotten the more time, I he has.
Now stocking stuffers..... this is where I've really been diligent these past few months!

I'm more than halfway done. I have one more thing to get for DS, but have no idea what that will be. DH is done - I got him some books and a half-zip from Tommy Bahamas, which is his favourite store. I just have to get him a GC for a hot towel shave and he's done. The thing I'm most excited about is the Kantha throw I just ordered for DD. Dignify "They are hand-stitched in Bangladesh from six layers of reclaimed sari cloth. The women who make them were previously living on the street, or working in sex work (often these go hand in hand), or in a vulnerable situation at risk of such." My parents get gift cards these days because they don't need or want more "stuff". I got my BFF these camping mugs and will add a bottle of rum and some hot buttered rum mix. They just bought a travel trailer and she LOVES anything retro. Camping

Great ideas!! I have a glass cookbook stand that lives on my counter and I use it for my iPad as well. She will love it.
I am buying my son a Dyson fan and a Sonos portable speaker. I bought some toys for my grandsons at Costco -- one with swirly chutes that you drop cars down and watch them go round and round.
I'm giving my daughter a membership to Costco. And I always get her some sort of fragrance.

Coach & Kate Spade outlets have had great sales online, so my sister-in-law & nieces are crossed off the list.
Today Vera Bradley is offering 40% off sale items plus free shipping. There are some deals to find there, too! I just bought 2 gifts for teen drivers (Zip ID case with matching lanyard to hold their car keys). $10 spent per teen!
I'm debating about ordering more Zip ID cases for $5. Add a $5 Starbucks card & it's a cute thank you/birthday/Christmas gift for $10. Also, various fleece blankets will be reduced to $13 or $20, depending on pattern. Vera's fleece blankets are nice, and perfect for someone who watches outdoor sports in the cold.
