I just bought a Wink of Stella pen and lets just say this non-glittery gal is having loads of fun! This little pen just might turn me to the bright side.  Distress inks and embossing folders are in second place. I'm having so much fun playing I don't know when I'll actually get around to scrapping again. So what new (to you) product are you having fun playing with lately? |

So what new (to you) product are you having fun playing with lately? Thickers. Seriously, I waited this long.   And of course a staple for me, sequins. Ridiculous amounts of sequins. I use them the same way many people use enamel dots. |

I just saw it on Jennifer McGuire's blog last week. I may have to try it. Shimmer SpritzI've been having fun with Wow Pale Gold embossing powder. It's such a nice color. Not too glitzy and not too boring. |

I'm enjoying my Felicity Jane kits. The colors are so fresh and I love the touch of black and white in each kit.

Every time I see one of your cool backgrounds, I think "I really have to TRY that!" One of these days... I am having fun with some new BoBunny and Kaisercraft Christmas lines. Really love the journaling cards, cutaparts and the foil vellum pieces to layer onto Christmas cards. And I just got some wood veneer pieces and some charms with my latest kit, so looking forward to more Christmas play. |

it's not really a tool but I have small chipboard suitcases that I am converting to mini albums. when you open the lid, there is a 2-ring binder inside with 6 chipboard pages. I'm really enjoying working on these mini albums.

I pulled out my long neglected heat gun and bought some new embossing powders last month. It's the first time I've heat embossed in years. I've embossed on two different Christmas card designs and the next one will also have gold embossing.

The gold, black and white Bling Bling papers from Kesi'Art as I start thinking about prepping my DD. They have a self-adhesive backing so I'm not just using them to make journaling cards but also simple embellishments with my star and heart punches. |

Sometimes I don't feel like punching out a title and THICKERS to the rescue! |

I'm rediscovering my stamps. I just got a stampahomic and it really does make stamping easier--if parts of the image doesn't quite stamp out you can add more ink and the stamp is still in place.
That Shimmer Spritz looks interesting. I'll have to check it out.

The water mixes the colours. |

Your album is amazing , papersilly! So creative! I'm still all about Tim Holtz ink, paint, stamps, everything. I got hooked on the monthly tags earlier in the year, then Creative Chemistry. Lots of project ideas are swirling around in my head. Now that Halloween is over, I'm ready for the holidays, and it's going to be a Distress Christmas for sure. |

I'm just getting into some SS Hello Fall and it's so cute. I wish I had some 12x12 papers to go along with the 6x6 paper pad that I have.
I also have some Pink Paislee C'est La Vie that I can't wait to use. I love it!

OMG! I have to have one (or 6) of those suitcase albums!
I am another having fun playing with my Wink of Stella pen. I'm using it quite a bit in my Disney 60th album. I'm also enjoying digging through my dies and cranking them through the old big shot.
In general I would say I'm just plain having fun with everything. Well, except maybe my printer which has suddenly decided to streak ink all over the page! Grrr!

papersilly, that suitcase album is super awesome!! I'm just working on cleaning and finishing some layouts in kits, so I've been doing super simple layouts, the only tool that's been used frequently has been my neglected punches. What I can't wait to play with is my newly acquired Jillibean shaker box sets to play with and fuse ribbons and papers.

I picked up a UK magazine, "Cardmaking & Papercraft" at WM the other day, and packaged with it was a sample pack of Hunkydory "Festive Splendor" luxury card collection. I had seen these "toppers" and "adorable scorable" pages advertised, but never used them before. What fun! The diecuts pop out easily and all mix and match beautifully with each other and with the papers. The result? Add some Recollections card bases, a little ink, a few greeting stickers, and ten cards in less than an hour. The light is really crappy here this morning, but I couldn't wait to show off my cards, so took a photo anyway.
