(Liting @lavendarlayoutlady idea for the thread title with the fill-in blanks, lol)
What tool/embellies/collection do you still want that you haven't bought yet and why?
Personally, I keep thinking abut the October Sapphire kit from Clique Kits! Gorgeous every time I see it!

I don't usually wait long for something I "really want". I don't have all the Christmas lines I coveted, but I certainly have more than enough with what I preordered before leaving on vacation. I love foiling and have thought about getting a Minc, but have not purchased one because it works best with laser prints, and my printer is an inkjet. I also love the idea of a 12" printer, like justjac has, but I don't think I have room for it to operate in my craft room. Guess if I could figure THAT out, and if the printer were laser,... To quote Browning (?) "a [crafter's] reach should exceed [her] grasp, or what's a heaven for?"

Big Shot type machine just so I might use my sizzix dies but I haven't bought one because I feel like I won't use it.

Photo printer. But haven't bought it because of cost. I have some birthday money to play with now though...

The newest Explore electronic cutter.
I haven't bought it because their software reportedly still stinks and still requires online use. Also, I asked questions about it on another thread that have mostly gone unanswered. I could probably find out the answers to my questions on my own, but that takes time, and I am still busy unpacking from our move, so this is probably not the best time to buy it. I probably will find it for a better price on Black Friday, anyway.

Big Shot Express or other electric die cutter. Why haven't I bought it? 1) Cost so I'm waiting for a good Black Friday sale. 2) I have a perfectly good Big Shot. 3) It will take up more space on my craft table necessitating a clean up and rearranging. 4) I'm waiting on a friend's review. She just got hers last week.

I still really want to stock up on WRMK 6x12 faux leather albums and page protectors now that I've unearthed a stock of them in a scrapbook store but I'm holding off because I'd rather live the good life on our weekend trips this autumn and winter. We're going back to Venice, Milan and Florence during the cold months. I'd rather upgrade our hotel to something extra luxurious for a night or two than buy more scrapbook stuff. Total hedonist like that... C'est la vie.

Personally, I keep thinking abut the October Sapphire kit from Clique Kits! Gorgeous every time I see it! You made me look! I'm liking November. One of these day's I'll get a Cricut. I use my Silhouette constantly, so it's probably a reasonable purchase, but I can do so much with my Silhouette, I can't quite justify a second cutter. Then every once in a while I think back to the days when we paid $3-4 for laser die cuts...and it seems so reasonable again. >< After the first 250 cuts...I'd about have it paid for! But really...what I want is Disney cartridges and the Heidi Swapp cartridge, and it's hard to figure I'll cut enough of those to make a Cricut worth it.

Cameo 3. Not in the budget and I have a perfectly usable Cameo original. I just got a new computer (other one has been having issues for a while and then started to turn itself off and not want to turn back on reliably, so it became super important) with bluetooth capabilities, so it's making the itch for the new Cameo even bigger since I can now set it up in my tool station and still cut with it. I also want a Brother Scan N Cut, but it's also not a priority...but man...I want both bad!!

I am the most techno-challenged pea on this site and I figured it out. Also there are hundreds of peas here just waiting to answer any and all questions. I had to be walked through a couple of steps and the peas did it for me. Now the cost.....can't help with that. LOL! Be brave! I want a Big Shot. I don't need it but I really would love one. I have one of the first Cuttlebugs that ever came out. It works but I have to cut and recut with shims constantly. I think I have pretty much worn it out. I'd love the Big Shot with the magnetic plate. But I'm dreaming. I'll probably wait until the Cuttlebug is totally dead before I take the plunge. Save

Silhouette, but currently no place to use it or time to use it. Nor can I afford it at this time. Hopefully someday.

Big Shot for me, too. What I have now is working ok, but I'm limited to only cutting thin material. Maybe I'll start quilting again so I can justify it. Also, a little photo printer because they're cute and convenient, but totally unnecessary.

A bunch of albums, because they cost a bunch and aren't quite as fun as sparkly embellishments.

I want an electronic cutter but haven't bought one for 2 reasons... cost and I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to figure it out! Do it! Buy a Cameo. If I (a Craftrobo flunky) can do it so can you. I haven't gotten past trace and cut or print and cut and using freebie cut files and I have gotten so much use out of the machine already. I am so happy DH bought it for me for Christmas last year. Of course it was on my Amazon wishlist at a great price.

Dear Santa, I want a Big Shot, embossing folders, thinlits dies, distress inks, more stamps and some Tim Holtz stencils...
Oh wait, I already bought them myself because I got tired of saying no I don't really need them for years. My splurge with my first paycheck this year, now I really must go on a spending freeze and stay away from TM!

A Precision Press/MISTI/Stampaholic. First reason is, I can't decide if I'll use it enough. Second, I'm pretty frugal so I made my own. Works fine. Third reason, I can't decide on which model.

I want a 12x12 one. But will not pay the MISTI price for one. WOW! That's ridiculous. Hoping WRMK will make a 12x12 one with a lower price point. But thinking of still getting their smaller one in the mean time.

I'm making a Christmas wish list for hubs, I also have the WRMK stapler, the press above, and the Wanderlust 2017 year long class on it.
The reason I haven't bought the stapler is because I spend all my money and sparklies. The Wanderlust I just saw and thought all would be good gift ideas for hubs to buy me.

I really want some Spectrum Noir pens. I have a couple of sets, along with the case/holder, on my wish list on Amazon. I haven't bought them yet because I want to be sure I'd really use them since they cost $$.

I desperately want some old OA Christmas stuff for my DD. I've even loaded up my etsy cart....but we are trying to sell a house that's been on the market for 3 years and are pouring every available cent into it in order to get rid of it, so we are on a beans-and-rice-for-dinner kind of budget. It's only like 20 bucks but man does it sting when you don't even have that much wiggle room.
