Maybe this is in response to all the people who were saying they were choosing to watch cat videos instead of the election coverage, but...
Day NINE prompt: PETS
I am thankful for all of the animals that have become part of our family over the years. This includes the farm dogs and cats who have kept us alerted to danger and free of vermin and the special furry members of our kids' families, each with its own quirks and personality. From these animals, the dgk's learn about keeping commitments, doing chores, surrendering to the moment, and unconditional love.
I have taken lots of photos of the kids hugging and playing with their pets, but space on a 6x8" page is limited, so I included one dgs with his faithful (and long suffering) friend, and our own farm pets.

That will make a good scrapbook page, but I'm not exactly grateful.
