It just came on TV, Chattanooga TN. I don't want to post a link because the pictures of the scene might be disturbing. They're saying multiple fatalities.

Oh, this just took my breath away. We are on our way to Chattanooga tomorrow for Thanksgiving. My son and his wife live in the area. Oh my soul, I just saw the photo!

That photo...I can't figure out how that happened. It looks like the tree fell through the bus? And the driver is "cooperating" according to the article so he's not one of the fatalities but at least maybe he can explain how that possibly happened. |

My heart is breaking for these poor families. I cannot even fathom how these families are suffering. This is my and many other parents biggest fear.
I have been saying prayers since I have heard about this sad tragedy.

I am in Chattanooga. Confirmed 5 found dead on the bus, 1 died at the hospital. No word how this happened. Waiting for a news conference in the next few minutes. People are donating blood.

I cried when I saw it on the news and I'm crying again. I just can't imagine how much pain the entire community must be in. My prayers for the entire community.

Those poor babies and their families. We were just in Chattanooga today visiting Columbus's ships, the Nina and Pinta on the river. There were bus loads of kids there on field trips. I sure hope it wasn't any of them. |
