We are having
Mystery appetizers (whatever the nieces bring) Smoked turkey Fried turkey 1 pan sausage cornbread dressing (my favorite, what my Mom made my whole life) 1 pan bread/cornbread stuffing sans sausage (the inferior dressing) Mashed potatoes and gravy Macaroni and cheese Green beans with bacon Sweet potato casserole Coleslaw Deviled eggs Cranberry fluff (add on after someone mentioned it here, I taste tested and it is really good) Pumpkin Pie Some pumpkin cake thing my sister is bringing Mince pie Apple pie
One of my nieces cancelled, so 6 less people. More leftovers for all of us, lol. We are pretty laid back, don't stress if people can't make it.
Happy Thanksgiving! Laura

I make a yummy roasted butternut squash soup but this sounds even better...bacon! Maple! Can you share or link your recipe? Thanks! Absolutely!! HERE is the recipe I use, and it is delicious! I use maple bacon for the extra layer of flavor. Thanks! Looks delish...and goat cheese too!
