I saw a video for Project Life and they talked about using a sheet lifter in your 3 ring albums. I am new to 3 ring so didn't know about sheet lifters. Are they helpful and do you just use 1 in the front of the album?

If the binder is a D ring, I just use one in the front. O ring binders I put one in the front and back. It helps protect the pages from curving under the binder mechanism.

Thank you. The PL ones have Becky Higgins and her motto on them, debating to buy one of those but I would rather have something without the BH stuff on it.

I was going to say you could probably find regular ones at places like Staples, but then I remembered that photo albums are 12x12.  |

I use them, but I'm pretty sure any D-ring album I've ever bought already came with one.

Hmm didn't know about these - is it that plastic thing you sometimes find in a binder? I'm using the Studio Calico 9x12 binders and they don't have them.

Yes, it is the plastic thing that usually comes with binders. D ring binders will have a flat one. O ring binders will usually have a curved one. They help paper from curling under the mechanism and helps prevent jamming.
