Just wanted to tell Leowife and anyone else who bought the 55 inch tv from Walmart. You might want to check it before Christmas. My daughter bought one last night, went home unboxed it and the screen was cracked. We returned it today and they had several already returned with a cracked screen.

Wasn't about to venture to the outlets today though lol.

No big stuff on my list this year so it was all fun shopping for small stuff. The best deal in town was at Bealls (Florida store?) for Dunkin' Donuts K-cups. Dh has to have his DD coffee... I bought 44 packs for $15 after sale pricing & coupon. My 16 yr old son wanted a Metallica shirt and a Guns & Roses shirt for Christmas ( the kid is wearing a vintage Beavis and Butthead shirt today and getting compliments )...thank you TARGET!! 30% off apparel and then a cartwheel deal for 15% more = $7.72ish for t shirts. I bought a few things a Rue 21 for Betty jr for $5 and $7 each. And Disney villains & Alice in Wonderland adult coloring books at Walmart for $7. These are really nice thick pages! Surprisingly so. DH went out to buy a 55" tv at Best Buy this afternoon but no luck. I also did gift card deals at Publix...$10 off of $50 gas gift card and $5 off $25 gift card for Fandango. And last...just now..Free shipping at In & Out burger..LOL...I fed the boys' t--shirt obsession & since there is no upcharge for XX sizes added one for my brother.

I have a luncheon in a couple of weeks that features a silent auction as a fund raiser. Usually I make something, but I'm not in the mood/inspired this year so am putting together a gift basket. Doing the 72 ct Prismacolor pencils, a Prismacolor Blender pencil set and a couple of coloring books. Might also add a tea mug and some tea bags for a total relaxation package! Save

Dh and I went out Thursday night - hit Michaels for some frames he wanted and WM for an iphone - we were in and out of WM in under an hour so not bad.
Friday we drove into the city. Joanns for flannel, Tuesday Morning for gifts, Trader Joes for crumpets, Dh went into Best Buy but didn't buy anything, Aldis for groceries and then hit a local grocery store on the way home. Really Joanns was the only BF sale we hit and we got there late enough to miss the lines - yay!
DH went out today...not sure where - I know he's at WM but don't know where else he might have gone.
We're not big BF shoppers - most of what's on our lists aren't on sale. Oh we did pick up an Amazon tablet online...

The Alice in Wonderland is my favorite but they had The Jungle Book, Frozen, Star Wars, Disney Villains and more at our local Walmart. I bought the Marvel Heroes and Villians for a friend and it is single sided pages so no bleed through with markers.

I like the fact that this is the first time I've seen them as well.

Shoot...it went from the store, shopping with me and when I pulled in hubby "came out" to help unload....he knew I was looking at it. I couldn't keep it from him untill Christmas. But thank you for the heads up
