This is by far the best nail polish I've ever used! I bought several 2 packs that included the diamond top coat and it's been a game changer! The color I wear every day is Roulette Rush and it's the perfect red! A manicure lasts at least a week and is buildable, meaning you can apply another coat of polish and top coat a couple of times before removing and staring over. I seriously can't cant rave enough about these products!

Hi-jack - does anyone wear the Zoya Satin line? Does the satin/matte finish look good IRL? I will let you know. I just ordered that exact polish!

My favorite red is China Glaze Ruby Pumps.
Currently wearing Zoya's Dream. I was craving blue nails.

I did this yesterday...after an impulse drugstore buy: Revlon Creme Brûlée.
Quite the departure for me. It's gold and it ~ s h i m m e r s ~ . Maybe I was blinded by our first snow.
(Yeah, I'm gonna cut them...after I ~ s h i m m e r ~ a bit.)
My picture looks too brown and the internet photo looks too pink. It's somewhere in the middle. Kinda' a brownish mauve-ish gold.

Zola Coco. I love wearing it, it comes off as a neutral red brown on me, and darker than it appears in this picture.

It's almost December, so I am trying to decide if I need to buy any new reds. What is your favorite "holiday" red? And what are you wearing on your nails? Maryland, I just thought of another great red---Essie Lollipop. I'm getting ready to put it on right now, in fact.

I got Morgan Taylor Ruby Two Shoes last week, but haven't tried it yet. Thanks for the tip!

My regular old French manicure on my regular old wrinkly old lady hands. Lol! I just re-did it so I snapped a photo. (And for some reason the pic loaded sideways - oh, well.)

I've got Madam President by OPI on my ring fingers and the rest are Graphite by Chanel. Graphite is my all time favorite polish, it's probably on half the time.

Hi-jack - does anyone wear the Zoya Satin line? Does the satin/matte finish look good IRL? gar I tried it! It really does look just like that photo. Personally, I like it. However, my workmates weren't so keen on it. They much prefer the shiny. I will say that it definitely applies like a matte. Brushstrokes show more than my other polishes. Save

I'm wearing Mac "Soiree" I don't wear red nail polish so I stick to golds for Christmas. Oooo, that is nice Can any nail experts help me with this please? I bought a very nude pinkish polish, I love the colour but I can't get it to look good. It's patchy and streaky atm, is there a trick to getting it to look more even or do I just need more coats? I struggle with painting my fingernails and thought a nude would be easy!!

I like China Glaze Ruby Pumps for a holiday red. It distracts me when I'm driving because the glitter is so pretty.

Not being rude but with some polishes you do get what you pay for... it can be hard making a thin polish look good . A tip would be to make sure your base is really dry and then to cover the nail in 3 strokes only - one down the middle then one either side. Have enough loaded onto the brush to not have to go back to the bottle but make sure your first touch of the brush on the nail is a few mms away from the cuticle so it doesn't flood. You can sort of push the polish towards the cuticle if the makes sense.

In all honesty it's much prettier in the bottle, but I insist on wearing it because I just can't not. The scandal line red won would have been a much better buy.

Well, it's red - that's all I know, and I almost never wear red. I get gel fills and gel polish, and the salon has those sets of gel polish and regular polish, so you can have the regular polish on your toes and the gel polish on your hands.
My husband asked me why me why I didn't get a little tree painted on them.

I'm usually wearing some shade of gray, lavender or blue. I love the idea of one red nail - didn't think of that before I went all-in on red for the holiday.

Thanks gar It is very cheap brand, I figured it would be ok to practice with I think part of my problem is moving it around too much on the nail, taking it away rather that applying it (iykwim) I'll try the 3 strokes only and see how that looks.

I know what you mean - you end up dragging the polish off rather than adding any
