My 5 year old is obsessed with this: Neighbors have had one for years and every year he goes to visit it and talk to it, like it's his buddy. Finally this year, we got a Christmas dinosaur of our very own. We put it up this weekend and Matthew has talked to him many times a day since. Last night we had a big storm so we brought him inside. We had not put it back out yet, and today, the google car drove by to photograph the house. DS and DH are both so disappointed that Christmas dinosaur won't be immortalized in our home's street view image. I think it would have been kind of awesome. As it is, it looks like our house got hit by a tornado because all of our stuff is lying down in the front yard. The lighted reindeer are all lying on their sides like they're dead and the lampost is lying down too, split in the middle like it was hit by a car. Our home will instead be immortalized for THAT

Ha! Isn't that always the way? No one drops by when my house is clean.

Honestly I think the reindeer massacre is perfection.

That's funny. Too bad the dinosaur wasn't looking out your window.
For awhile our Google earth view (the topographic one), was taken on the day we had a garage sale. Circle was full of cars, we had a tent on our driveway...LOL.

I followed the Google car down a street coming home from Raley's one year. I need to Google that street and see if I see my car.
