A lot of these ideas are great! I will play the devil's advocate, and say that I would not want a GC, a lotto ticket, or BBW. Yes, I love BBW, but scents can be very personal. I like picking my own. (I guess a GC would be ok for there, but everyone does Starbucks.) I was just thinking maybe I wasn't meant to be a girl! LOL. I wouldn't want Starbuck's (yuck!), pens, or anything scented, especially floral. Makeup, masks, hand cream, all no's! I hate Lottery Tickets as gifts - I never win anything, so it's essentially not a gift! I'm not especially girlie, but my friends aren't either, so I guess we're all ok!

depending on what size it is, I would say it IS a wine bottle stopper. We have a few decorative ones. (but it looks absolutely HUGE the way you took the picture, so... it could be something else, lol)

Now I guess I'm going to have to keep the dumb thing and get a laugh out of it every once in awhile. It is pretty.

Washi tape! It doesn't have to be used for scrapping! I second this! Can be used for lots of things and comes in such a variety. Depends on the crowd, I guess. I am craving hand cream this time of year myself, but I see you're in Dallas, so maybe not as necessary there? Mrs. Meyer's seasonal hand soap or dish soap?

I am not "girlie" either and wouldn't like the masks, makeup , etc. I do like a good pen, and I don't mind lottery tickets, and might use a chap stick type item (i.e. Burt's Bee. etc). But now I am just curious...what type of gift would you like?

Lindt White Chocolate with Coconut bars. You can't get them in the UK, so I gorge myself anytime I'm in the US. Or my favourite sweet treat of all time which is also white chocolate with coconut and a whole almond - Raffaello. In fact, there's a box hiding under my bed right now... I don't remember how much they cost in the US, but as you get different sizes of box, there's probably something around $5.

Candy Cane Jo Jo's from Trader Joe's. A jar of hot fudge or caramel ice cream topping from Braum's (especially since I live 500 miles from the nearest one and I love it). A box of holiday tea. Fuzzy socks.

Like you, I dislike the smell of coffee (so much that I've never even tasted it). I've used previously received Starbucks gift cards to purchase hot chocolate...in the drive-thru! Other non-coffee ideas are pastries or mugs, bagged coffee, or ornaments to give as gifts; the only problem is these ideas require a trip inside. ::shutter:: Hope you can use or regift the cards in your wallet!

Starbucks also sells breakfast sandwiches and lunch items and several tea drinks. Don't let those gift cards go to waste!

Well, if you ever want to re-home them.... If you can stand it long enough to get in there, they have teas, or cups (hot and cold), and some snacky foods like popcorn or chocolate covered graham crackers. Good stocking stuffers.

I have tried to use them when we are traveling in airports, but they have refused to take them. I know they have food, but it just never crosses my mind. I have given away dozens of them since I received them as teacher gifts for years.

Purple Pentel Pens.
Korean Towels. You will likely be the only one giving these. Make my face and arms smooth like butter. As a bonus, was a pea must have for a while. eta: I'd also write down great directions to include with them. And glass nail files. My favorite is Sephora's and I keep one everywhere. I think they have a mini version.

Burt's Bees lip balm. A can of Stephen's Hot Cocoa Mix (the website says 5.49 but at my store they are always on sale 2/$7). Godiva chocolate almond bars. A jar of cookie butter. (There's a biscoff one at Target that is delish.) OMG I just discovered the wonderfulness of Biscoff Cookie Butter last month. Very addictive so I only allow myself a tiny bit at a time. 😀
