My 20-something daughter says her brain feels cold. Freezing cold.
I have never heard of this symptom and don't know what to tell her. Advice?

It does sound migraine-like. Or anxiety? Does she have any other symptoms?

The only time I've felt anything remotely like that, it was due to exhaustion or low blood sugar.

Could she be having a migraine? She has not been diagnosed with migraines, but that is a good lead. Thank you!

It does sound migraine-like. Or anxiety? Does she have any other symptoms? She does have anxiety, which has been treated but unsuccessfully. I will suggest migraines as a possibility. Thank you!
