Once it's back up, I've made a note to copy all of my classes and cut files on her site. I should have learned my lesson with BPS /BPS, LOL Does anyone have any tips for doing it? I guess we can't tell any nuances since her site will be "new"?

I'll be doing the same thing. I'm waiting to see what the new site is like to work out the best way to get everything.

I use a Firefox add-on "Video Download Helper" to back up all my class videos and tutorials, having backed up and saved any files to my external hard drive, putting them all together in the same folder, named with the title of the class. That makes me sound super-organised - I am not! But I have - almost - lost things during a computer fail and though I managed to get stuff back, I realised I need to take care of my purchases. Anyway, who knows when a website will go under or close down?
The add-on is really easy to use, efficient and effective. Recommend wholeheartedly.

I see online there's a Chrome Port, as if I sound like I know what that means Since the site's not up I have time to research it! Not exactly lemonade from lemons...

I've downloaded all the cut files and lesson handouts, not the videos. Might go ahead and try and do that though.

as if I sound like I know what that means anonrefugee I can't speak for the Chrome bit, but the Firefox addon I use is very simple, so much so that even I can use it (and I'm no tech expert!) It's a really useful tool and I find myself downloading and saving all kinds of small videos that I might want to reference at a later date, but most importantly, all those tutorials which go with the classes I've purchased.

Kerri just posted on IG about the trials and tribulations she's gone through. It sounds like the site will be up any time. Running a business is not for the faint-hearted. I hope it all comes together for her soon.

It is now half-way through December. Her site still says coming soon in November 2016. I am sorry she has had problems, but it is even worse customer service not provide accurate updates.

In this case she has been paid upfront, but her customers cannot get access their (mine) merchandise. I wish her no ill will, but let's don't brush this off like she's waif in the big bad forest.

I was looking at it from her perspective of missing out on sales, but I just saw the other thread, and now realize that people have been waiting for a service they subscribed to. Totally different story. Yes, I don't blame people one bit for being upset about that.

I've always liked your screen name.
