I need to get a new one -- do you love the one you have?

I just use one from our local office supply store. I don't love the one I have as they have changed manufacturers since the last time I purchased one and the font is larger, but I prefer to have the date, month, year format that is standard in Australia, rather than the American month, date, year format which seems to be on all the AC versions.

I have the KI smash book date stamp. It also has some phrases but I put washi over it to just get the date.

For just the date i alternate between three. I have the heidi swapp with her handwritten months, a basic one from staples and the SC mega stamp. I also have some from Amy T and Dear Lizzy with phrases but i don't use those often any longer.

I use the one from October Afternoon (2010's decade roller) and the Heidi Swapp one (beautiful handwriting). Hubs also got me the Studio Calico Mega Date Stamp for Christmas, so that will probably be making an appearance, too.

Shimelle's is date, month, year but I don't know if it is available any longer.

I misplaced my mega date stamp somewhere (you'd think it'd be hard to lose) and I have no idea where it's been for months. 😳

I am hoping that the hammer holders (two pronged pegs) for pegboards will hold it so I can keep it on my pegboard. I'm hoping to find one that's about 2 inches long...the one I have now is 6 and that's just too much. Since I don't use it, I have no clue where it is to even see if the prongs are far enough apart to hold the neck of the stamp. Right now mine is kind of bouncing all over.

I have the Mega date stamp. I love how huge it is. I do more masculine pages and the quirky print is right up my alley.

I have several as well but they are hiding again and the only one I can find is a replacement PL I bought and it only goes through 2016. I hope my Heidi Swapp one is still good.

I use the BH PL date stamp, but it only goes through 2016. I picked up a roller stamp by Pebbles from Tuesday Morning that will get me through several more years, but haven't tried it out yet. I also have the SC mega stamp and the clear stamps that are similar in size from Elle's Studio.

All are great. The ones from office supply supply places do stamp a nice clear image.
(whispers) I have 52 date and/or phrase rotary stamps. It's my one indulgence. I even scored old library ones from the 1940's, 50's, 60's, and 70's. I even found a "yyuuuggee" heavy date stamp used by a clerk of courts office to file stamp in court documents.
(slinks away in shame)

I picked up an old one from the 40's at a local antique place and love it even though it feels like the rubber will disintegrate every time I turn the little wheels.

I like to mix it up - normal roller date stamp from stationer's day/month/year format and then the American style month/day/year I also have the MM magnetic one in the tin (haven't used that for a while though) and I also use stamps - with the month in words, not numbers...
I would like to get my hands on the large SC one though - but it's not gonna happen
