I have been using it for about a month now and really like it. It is so much handier than the regular die cutting machines. The alphabets are a great size and you don't waste paper. Its only available on HSN and there is 24 craft day tomorrow.

I had never heard of this, so I googled. And then it brought me to this alpha. Why are there two "X" dies, I wonder?

It's new to me too. Does it really use all brands of small dies?

I personally prefer the Spellbinders Prizm. It is small as well, but it has a wider platform (it it a bit wider than 2 inches...the DP is a bit under 2 inches and I find that size difference to significantly increase what I can cut) and has traditional plates versus the plastic folders. It can also be found at Michael's, so in the US, with a 50% off coupon it is only $19.99 plus tax. I have both and like the Prizm a lot better.

Haha, that's funny...they even recognize that there are 27 dies...of all the letters to repeat on accident (which is probably what it was) it happened with one of the least used letters in the alphabet...they couldn't have done it with E?

That's funny about the X. That wasnt an offering I am familiar with. I have several of the alphabets and am using them alot. There is one font that has lower case and they seem so tiny I havent used them. But I am really happy with this. It is saving me a lot not buying thickers. It cuts odd papers like glittered ones easily which surprises me. As far as other dies, I dont know as I have just used it for letters. The paper is cut 1 1/2 inches wide. This is so handy compared to the normal size die cutters. I do use the magnetic sheets to keep them organized.
