Here is the Scrapbook & Cards Today spring call but you need to hurry if you want to be published. Deadline for the Spring issue is January 15th!
The Creative Scrapbooker is already working on their SUMMER issue. Their deadline for Call for Summer '17 is February 1st. They sometimes pick up submissions from their Sketchy Gallery where they post a new sketch each month and ask for people's takes on it.
