I love that picture. I don't have physical inspiration like that on my desk but very similar things are in my heart. It's definitely my family that keeps me scrapping. I really like those people and I'm grateful to have them in my life.

Love your desk, dasmith2! When I look at my desk, I see a mess. When I look through the photos I have printed and sorted there, ready to scrap, I see inspiration. If I am not at my desk, and have my camera, I love to view the photos there: every one--or group of them--has a story I want to tell on my pages. Same for the photos on my phone that my family have posted to shared sites and/or texted to me to let me be a tiny part of their adventures. And even better, I am inspired to keep doing what I do when my dgk's want to see my scrapbooks when I go to visit. They love seeing the pages and reading the stories. And are willing participants in setting up photo shoots for future pages.

dasmith2- Precious and beautiful. You have a very talented artist gifting you beautiful creations. I have cats. They are not an inspiration. They seem to think so. If I am at my desk they are setting on my desk so I will be inspired.

dasmith2 that just gives me the warm fuzzies. I think it would make me happy to see so many pieces like that each time I sat down to create. @amayalylac I have one cat who sometimes thinks she can help by pulling things out of drawers or stealing them off my desk. I am lucky that she rarely decides to sit in the middle of my workspace.

dasmith2 - creavitity obviously runs in the family @amayalylac - I often have one or another of the cats sitting on my desk or strolling across it while I work grammadee - you said much of what I was thinking inspiration wise except it's my children not grandchildren

My inspiration? An entertainment center in the living room. It is however, an expedit from IKEA, so I can see completed albums. That's what motivates me.
