It's a country dance exercise routine that looks like fun. Has anyone tried it?

I have it. My daughter does not like it at all, and she usually loves all of my workout stuff, and she loves country. I will say it's a lot of repetitive stuff. I like it but can't say I love it.

Thanks Patter! Do they include the usual line dances? DS wants to learn them. I could try it as a two-for-one if that happens.

I don't know any so it was all new to me if you mean things done at a club or something. I haven't been out to something like that in more than 25 years. LOL!

I have and I do love it. I need something lower impact and that is fun. There are not really typically line dances except for one that is in a bonus cd. Basically you do move A for 8 counts of 8, then move B for 8 counts of 8, then you A+B for 4 counts of 8. Then you move on and don't repeat those again. The workouts are roughly 25-30 minutes each.
I wasn't exercising at all and this was something easy to do. I got results right away and really enjoyed it.

Haha, me neither and DS doesn't know the names of what he wants to learn! Apparently here they throw on a few during school dances.

I love Country Heat for a quick 30 minutes of cardio.
It doesn't do traditional line dances though. It's not full dance routines. It's just repetitive exercise type moves set to country songs.

I've been doing this recently. It's a little cheesy but because of my back I need something low impact at the moment. I love that they aren't more than 30 mins and I get a lot of steps and sweat without it seeing super hard.

I just want to add.... If you are thinking of buying a Beachbody workout, you should consider their All access On Demand. For $99 a year you get access to all their workout programs. Typically, the cd's for each program run about $60 so it's a much better deal.
I don't sell Beachbody stuff, I just thoroughly enjoy their On Demand service. I can stream any workout anywhere I am.

Can anyone give me a guesstimate of how many steps you earn with it? Obviously we're all different but a ballpark would be great

This is true! It really is a great deal. I switch between Country Heat, yoga retreat, the daily workout, etc. It's especially awesome for me b/c I travel so much for work, and stream right through my laptop.
