Care to share yours? And what it costs you monthly?

Do you mean the food storage MLM company? No, the 3 step process that people everywhere seem to be doing or selling, for energy, weight loss, etc... (pill, shake, patch I think?)

My BFF has been doing the Thrive program for almost a year and has nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about it. She is so much more active and has lost quite a bit of weight.
I, myself, am a little unsure about trying it. To be completely fair I am suspect of just about any medication or supplements though. I did some research and there just seems to be a lot of stimulants in it - although I am just going by what I found online (several places) that described several of the ingredients as stimulants. I did try the shake thinking that would be a great kickstart to my morning. Unfortunately let's just say it did not agree with me! 😳

I am a fan of the product even though I am not using it right now. There is a large amount of caffeine in it. But, I do feel like it did what it promised to do - I had more energy, I really was hyper focused on getting my tasks done. I did lose a bit of weight. It is expensive though - you are looking at like $150/month if you don't recruit other people. I have had others like it but it was just too expensive for them to maintain. My husband also had to stop because the caffeine was too much. Anyway, I would recommend giving it a try and I don't have anything to gain by telling you that Stacy

You are supposed to do 1/2 a shake a day or a full pack every other day. There is only 15 grams of protein in the whole pack. I like a meal replacement shake for breakfast and it is ok it at 15g but then I would need 2 packages a month. Stacy SaveSave

The cost is what deters me...no way can I spend that. It's cheaper to eat healthier and exercise daily. Problem with that is the severe lack of motivation:(

I tried it about 2 years ago. I did not notice any change in energy or weight. The only thing I noticed was that I had hair loss after I stopped taking the vitamin packets. Thank goodness that was temporary.

Dh loves it. He is able to give up coffee when on it. The cost is a bit prohibitive. He buys 3 months at a time and then has to take a few months off to help justify the cost. He is Not overweight and in fact is at his ideal weight. He has never struggled with weight but uses it for the energy aspect. (And he really normally doesn't have low energy but he loves this stud). I tried it but it made my heart race scarily fast and I had extreme anxiety. I did not make the connection at first but mince I did and stopped using it I felt right again.
You do not get enough shake mixes for the entire month. You get like 16. DH supplements those with a mix he gets from GNC or Meijer. Imthink the cost is 150$ per month. You do get a month of patches and vitamin packets.

It's a scam, and one that potentially leeches ineffective junk at best, scary stimulant at worst, into your body. Avoid.

I want to add.... It was frustrating to me when I researched it for DH that I found a lot of statements about people loved it... And then negative statements like the one above but I found very little concrete evidence of it being good or dangerous. So I welcome any concrete studies etc you can add.

When the search results are dominated with "OMG I LOVE IT IT CHANGED MY LIFE" and "SIGN UP FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TODAY," that's a pretty good sign you should stay the F away. These people are snake-oil salesmen and know how to dominate search engines. You'll see in one of my links above people get sued for sharing negative opinions.

Wow, snarky much? If you would have read my next post you would have seen I did research about a year ago and had a hard time finding anything that wasn't personal opinion. But thanks for "indulging" a sincere and polite request for knowledge.

My husband and I tried it. I originally had a hard time with it causing bathroom issues but that did even out. We had been using it for 4 months, feeling awesome and more energetic and then we had to skip a month. That month was awful, a withdrawal of some kind. That month was enough to cancel our account and we've never looked back.

I didn't like it. But then again I'm already pretty stimulated and hyper focused as is and adding to that is just way too much mental energy. I don't like products that are energy boosters that have caffeine in them. I used to sell one that doesn't.

I know I'm pretty freaking sick of my friend and her constant Facebook shilling of the stuff! I've done a fair amount of searching for info and can find very little, almost zero actual science. I think if you take any stimulant and also start moving more and eating better, you'd have the same or better results. Thrive is basically this year's Body by Vi, MonaVie, whatever else comes along and flames out ...

But that some people only use it 3-4 times per week which is why they only give you 17 per box. I wonder if some people start with 1/2 due to the probiotics? I am the biggest skeptic for products like this. I was very irritated seeing a Facebook friend constantly pushing it but after hearing some friends and family talk about it (that weren't trying to sell it), I decided to give it a try. With my anemia I was so tired I could hardly function. I took it for about a week before having to stop all supplements due to surgery. I started again a few weeks ago. The biggest change I've noticed so far is less cravings. I do feel like I have more energy as well. I was concerned about the caffeine and was told that the women's plan has about 40mg and the men's a little more. So far I have only been taking one capsule each day but this week I am going to really try to give up soda so will take two capsules to counteract that. When I bought the first month I signed up for aitoship and thought they would send a notice but forgot about it until I go an email saying it has shipped. The friend I bought from said she would buy it back from me. But I think I will just try one full month and see how well it works. It is pretty expensive but they do seem to have sales quite often. I already used Vega essentials for shakes so was spending money on that, as well as probiotics and vitamins. I do wish you got a full months worth of shakes. I really like the taste.

I like coffee. So, wearing those doing a three day trial gave me an overload of caffeine and it didn't feel good. That was enough for me to say no. Also, one of the supplements has shellfish in it. If you are allergic, it probably is a product I'd avoid. I'd actually do a little more research on the issues with having a hard time cancelling auto ships, as stated in the links. I remember another company called Vi and they were nearly unreachable and had a hard time cancelling. Made me extremely Leary about auto ships.

After i got the email that my first auto ship was processing, I went to the website to see if I could prevent it from shipping and the site said that no, you can't do that. I really hate that. I buy things from honest company and they used to do the same thing but would accept the package if it was sent back (I believe thrive does as well but you pay shipping, which isn't cheap). I assume that got too expensive for them so they now send a reminder. I was able to easily change the thrive autoship, though. I paused it but you could change the date or cancel as well. Hopefully I don't have any more surprise shipments.
