Outspoken A wedge pillow saved my sleeping!! I am a side sleeper and it was painful to sleep just on my back. I also "fake" slept on my side. I surrounded myself with a ton of pillows and was able to sort of sleep on my side. There is a great web page/board you should visit for healing tips etc www.breasthealthonline.org It was so helpful to me.

I hope your recovery goes well! Please keep us updated!
I was approved for the surgery two years ago but I got scared and didn't do it. So I would love to hear details about your recovery in terms of how long it takes to get back to normal activities, and if you are happy with your breasts and tummy (I would love to have that done too!). I am a 34 DDD and my breasts are totally out of proportion to my frame. My GP first suggested I have the surgery about 20 years ago because of my back pain but I've always been to chicken to do it. I have a lot of other medical issues and am not afraid of the pain, but the drainage stuff freaks me out. My husbamd travels a lot for work and I worry about how long recovery takes in terms of when will I be able to drive and take care of my doggie.

I had it done about 17 years ago ( ) Follow all recommendations and you will be fine. I felt so good after two days, but rest like they tell you to. It was really a blessing and you might just want to take up golf now! Your boobs won't be in the way anymore!
