Sitting here watching the game summary and still amazed at this comeback! Pats defensive came out to play in the second half. Tom and company did their job in the second half!!! They came back from being down 25 points. You can hate the Pats and Brady all day long...but you can not deny this come back!!!!!!!

That's why you should never give up when you are down!

Are you serious! I feel like I am getting a cold, and I was upset because the Pats were losing by 21 pts. My husband said they kept saying no team has ever won being that behind. So I went to bed. Could not sleep so got on my computer. And they won! Finally something is going right for me in the world of sports. I have a big smile on my face (and I am not a Pats fan, but wanted them to win, I have my reasons!)! How did it happen? I will have to watch the news tomorrow. And yay that Goodell had to give the Patriots the trophy!

Holy shit. Unbelievable game! That's exactly what I texted to my nephew! Amazing come back. They definitely never give up hope, and play the game with everything they have down to the last second. Truly a team effort.

I checked the news when I got up and then went and got DH up I was so excited (and amazed) to read that we won. Then we got our coffee and watched the rest of the game that I had taped just in case. It was funny trying to do the football math and figure out the scoring that got us to OT.

Truly a team effort. I hope this is an example for all my teams (but not their opponents ) that even if you get behind, you still must have confidence that you can win! Many teams just give up at that point, it's great to see a come from behind, very behind victory!

I said the same to my husband, and that if the Patriots had to lose, I'd be happy it went to the Falcons. They had a great season and had never won a SB.

You Patriots fans are a friendly group! I got up and had a lot of notifications (scary! . But they were all "likes" for my posts on the Patriots threads. What a nice surprise to get up to. I tend to like/dislike teams based on their fans if I have visited or lived in their city. I will definitly start pulling for the Patriots now! And I am from Maryland (but have live in Pgh.), so I don't have a team to pull in playoffs very often (it's hard to be a DC sports fan!). So Patriots can be my adopted good team!

Not a Pats fan OR a Brady fan, but man you've gotta give them props for that amazing comeback! Have a co-worker who TURNED OFF THE GAME and posted on FB that she knew they had lost. What kind of fan is that?
Congrats to the Pats. Great comeback. They deserved that win for sure.

Congratulations, Patriots!*
*Unfortunately, the cheating scandals during the Belichick-Brady era means their accomplishments are denoted with an asterisk, at least in the minds of many NFL fans. For me, this win indicates the NFL is becoming more like the NBA. There's no reason to watch when there's no doubt which team will win (or that the superstar will ineviably get all the accolades, despite the equally or more incredible performances of his teammates).

We're happy to have you on our team! Thanks! I owe my alliance to the fact that the Patriots beat the Steelers, so I didn't have to hear "all Steelers all the time" on tv (I live in Pgh.!). So I was very grateful. A break from hearing "Steeler Nation" all the time was very welcome. My teams are the Redskins and Ravens, Capitals, Nationals. Some of the DC teams make the playoffs, and even if they had the best record all season (Capitals), they can never get past the first round of playoffs. So it's nice to find a great team that I can cheer for when my teams "fail" me! And my husband's cousin is the starting quarterback for Michigan, so I hope he can become the next Tom Brady!
