I don't know how they keep managing to do it, but their kits are so jam packed with things and it's always so well thought out. I have only bought one other (one of the fall kits...September, I believe), but the sneaks sold me on this one. The only thing I was doing was keeping my fingers crossed that the animal images were add-on stamps because 'it's raining cats and dogs' with actual cats and dogs would have been hard to incorporate into Project Life. But the main kit is beautiful. The sketchy look of it reminds me a lot of the Cocoa Daisy kit from last year that was weather themed (April, maybe?) and I just had to have it. It's nice to be a bigger company with further reach...it means you can keep getting fresh looks while offering a great value!

This kit and the add ons are my new favorite stamps and dies. I feel very lucky to have gotten the kit and add ons. I haven't been this excited about new product in a long time.

This kit and the add ons are my new favorite stamps and dies. I feel very lucky to have gotten the kit and add ons. I haven't been this excited about new product in a long time. Yes!! That's how I felt about the other kit I bought last year. It sold out in under 24 hours...a first for them at the time...and it created all sorts of upset customers. It was absolutely beautiful. I love this month's, too. My only question is why it wasn't a March or April kit because of the whole 'April Showers Bring May Flowers' thing, but I'm not complaining. I LOVED the sneaks and was just waiting for reveal hoping I'd love the whole thing as much and it was even better than I expected! Some of my favorite ephemera is the package from Pink Paislee that was weather themed and I LOVE the 2 PL spreads that I did with it...I'm seeing a lot of potential for making my own kit or at least cards to coordinate with product I'm already using with the items in this kit. We don't get tons of rain here in the desert, so it's a big deal when it does rain and I always take pictures. Their kits are awesome every month, but each month I look and I think to myself, 'would I feel like I truly missed out if I don't buy this?' and this month's definitely fell into 'yes' for me. Being that I'm not really a card maker, I can't just buy every kit because it's cute...I have to be able to see functionality in it for how I intend to use it and this one qualifies. I don't think it would be hard at all to cross over into SBing.

Very cute. Glad it sold out since I'm still on a freeze Haha...it depends on how badly you wanted it versus how badly you want to maintain your freeze, I guess. Glad that the sell out is good for you! I have done better (mostly) about shopping less. I usually have to use joint money for splurges like this kit, but I was actually able to fit it into my allowance because I've been shopping less...coupled with fitting it into my free money, I feel excited instead of guilty. I committed to trying to buy things that I either truly wanted (versus just being a good deal) or being practical to have (for instance, I bought a lot of adhesive since HL is discontinuing my favorite kind this past weekend and some pretty colors of cardstock, one of which will work nicely with the Elle's Studio products I've been using A TON lately) and as a result, I overthink almost every purchase and feel guilty when it comes from anywhere but my 'do what I want money.' With Joann's getting more stuff, I don't know how long it's going to last. I already feel guilty buying a few of the paper pads last week.
