I know it's late at night, but I need to write some things down. My head is very muddled and I kind of don't know where to start.
We have started a new thing at dinner where my dad and I talk after we finish eating for about an hour. It is very therapeutic. I guess I will be glad that I have it down on paper, right?
I don't quite know where to begin.

I did it. It feels good. I need to write more but I don't know what. At least I got 3 big pages written. maybe I will write more in a while or tomorrow. My mom tried to get me to write after my sister died and that was a failure but writing after Mom died isn't so hard. There is so much more to say and stories to tell. I need to write some stories about my sister and I. That will be really hard but I want to remember the good stuff.

I believe that if you can't sleep because something is on your mind, and there is a.way to deal with it right then, do it! I am not a journal keeper, but I have often made lists late at night, and these include lists of things I want to say or do on my SB pages.
I am glad you are talking with your dad eac evening. I hope your journaling to and about the people you have lost brings you peace.
