Inexpensive seamless underwear?

Any suggestions on where to get 100% seamless underwear for less than 5 for $20 (Target's price)? I'm referring to the super smooth, looks like it's cut from one piece of fabric sort. The kind you can wear without a panty line with workout leggings/pants.

Please don't suggest thongs, because I am not a fan at all.
