I slipped and land on my left hip Monday. Since it happened I have been having deep stabbing pain. I see the dr Tuesday. But this has stopped me from moving around a lot. Any ideals? I been having problem with that side for a long time but nothing like this.

You could have fractured you hip or pelvis. Or you could have a bone bruise, which I understand is a very deep, intense pain. I think it's worth getting an x-ray, and I imagine a dr would agree with that.
It would be very unusual for you to have injured an organ from a fall, but either soft tissue or bone could cause that kind of pain.

I may have to pop in to the urgent care or ER to get it checked out. Since I know my Dr dose not do x-rays in office and the place that i have to get thing cant take 3-4 weeks to get in for one.

If I were you, I'd head to Urgent Care. If the pain is so severe that you can't get through your day, then go to the ER instead.

Get xrayed to make sure nothing is broken. If you were having hip problems prior to this, it could be bursitis (a bursitis diagnosis usually requires an xray to rule out fractures).
