I know this is a weird, random question, but how come the listing doesn't say what the square footage is? Did I just miss it? Listings here state the SF up front. Just curious. Also the guy is way creepy.  |

I know this is a weird, random question, but how come the listing doesn't say what the square footage is? Did I just miss it? Listings here state the SF up front. Just curious. Also the guy is way creepy. I didn't see the sq footage or all the other things usually listed like heat source, etc. It also says "off market" over the address? Very strange pictures for someone to post if they really are trying to sell the house. I will agree that this is one that I would consider a good/weird listing. So many unanswered questions!!!  |

Trulia and Zillow let you post your own home just randomly even if it's not for sale. They love it because they get free information for their algorithms and they can claim more listings on their sites. This guy obviously felt the need to participate in that. he also does not know a teenager who can show him how to flip to the other camera lens on his cell phone.  (but under all that mess and behind the crazy guy with no tech experience is a really lovely home.) |
