I hate them, but maybe it's a good way to use up the fur and leather that might otherwise go to waste? I do think they sell and eat kangaroo meat regularly. Maybe I'm wrong. I saw a special on kangaroos on PBS, or maybe it was Australian urban animals in general, and it sounds like they are becoming overpopulated like deer here in much of the US.
Is it just that they're made of kangaroos that turns you off? (price aside?) Are you opposed to all animal products (I ask because I'm wondering if you would be OK with other animal products, or if you're looking for something synthetic)?

I'm not opposed to animal products when the whole animals is used. I am opposed to animals being killed for just fur and usually in a cruel manner. But you're right kangaroo is used for meat quite regularly and they are over populated in areas. There are butcher shops here that sell the meat. I'd have to do more research to decide how I felt. But either way $995 is not happening. Lol

Well, I see them as werewolf feet, but obviously they ring your bell in a different way.

I guess I missed this trend somehow.

I prefer my shoes not to have a beard, I don't think those are cute or chic at all.

I want the Raspberry Ice Kitchen Aid mixer. Despite the fact that I have a perfectly good KA mixer in a forest green from the 90's. It still works like a charm so no Raspberry Ice mixer for me. And FAR more ridiculous, I want a tiara. A real diamond tiara. Barring winning the Powerball, it will never happen but if I ever win, that's on my list in the total splurge category.

I do like the shiny leather tho.
To answer the question, I want a tiara. The fancier the better.

The tiara sounds fabulous! And I feel you in the KA mixer. I bought one in the darker metallic grey because it is what matches the kitchen best. But I drool over the copper and apple green whenever I see them.

I would wear them without the lining. I don't like draggy stuff around my ankles. Plus could you imagine getting duck poop out of that fur?

They look like my grandfathers house slippers. I can smell his pipe just looking at them. (I realize you didn't ask us if we liked them. Sorry, that opinion just flew out.)

Those Gucci slippers must pick up so much dust and dirt from the ground. Plus I just can't get down with kangaroo fur. I would like a rose gold Bentley convertible. Obstacles including learning how to drive and having somewhere to drive to. Can't park it on the street so really useless to drive. Oh yeah and $200K.

I have a plain white one. Ugh. It's the bowl lift type, which I dislike, but not enough to pay for a new one.
