For card making, I like glitzy! Metallic, glitter and shiny! I prefer subdued designs for scrapbooking or cardstock with overlays.

The old Basic Grey "solids" that were distressed looking are probably my favorites of everything. They were amazing. I loved those sheets for background papers.

I am a B side girl for sure, I love swiss dot, chevron and tiny hearts the most.
I used to be an A side scrapbooker and it was those big, busy and bright patterns that pulled me in but I realised after some time that I might buy the paper for that great bold pattern but ultimately I would end up using the quitter, simple B sides.

Look how many of us are B side paper users!
I am A all the way and mat with B. Too, funny!
Then again, like some of you, I like it all! and bling too!

I don't know what my favorite type of paper is, as i like a little bit of everything.
But i do know that I always snatch up paper with music notes on it. My dd goes to a performing school, and I have more concert photos than different patterns of music related paper.
I also am a sucker for paper with cameras on it.

I guess when determining "type" I'd go with themed paper. It tells a story along with my photos. I love Christmas paper the most followed by Halloween, beach/summer, Fourth of July, Asian, Easter and Valentines Day. Birthday paper, eh, not so much. I also specifically love Graphic 45 in those themes, DCWV Once Upon a Time and Far East and the early Basic Grey distressed papers (while not really "themed," they certainly tell a story to me!). I know I'm forgetting some, but I'm not near my scrap room at the moment. Plus, due to the amount of paper I own, going through it for my favorites would take some serious time. But I do exactly that when I'm building a kit for a project! Part of the fun

I used to be a strictly B girl, but I tend to use a lot of A sides as well. Plaids are probably my favorite but what makes me happiest is using a few different patterns on a page.
