I'm really enjoying seeing what everyone is creating with their old and new items.
I finally finished my first, and most likely only, layout for the challenge (unless it runs a bit longer). I'm so glad I got to use a piece of Basic Grey paper that has been in my stash for YEARS. In fact, pretty much all of my layout is made from old stash. The only new item I used was three pieces of paper from my new Recollection 6 x 6 pad recently bought at Micheals.
You can see the details on my blog ishouldbedusting.blogspot.ca/2017/03/lady-bash-it-challenge.html
Now if someone can tell me how I can make my picture appear larger, I would really appreciate it.
Thank you for looking and for any comments you may leave. Jacynthe

Scrapper100 nice to see you here! Great job! @scrappyglue I can't wait to see what you decide on. All,thank you for the feedback. I am thinking maybe a bi monthly challenge, that way we (I!) don't get bored too quickly and put it aside? Make small kits for this and bigger ones for the build a kit? Incorporate the two? Hmmmm what do y'all think? I had some time to play finally since we are ice/snowed in. This is what I came up with when I sat down with this, my build my own adn the Calvinball rules. I got 48 points so not too shabby! As for putting your photos in here, I edit in my editing program making sure they are approx 1000 X 1000 pixels, save to my computer. Hit REPLY here, type what I wish, then ADD ATTACHMENTS, find it add it, let it upload, INSERT and bam done. Hope that helps.

crystalb, I uploaded my layout in pretty much the same manner as you did yours. My question is more like; how did kitbop's page "hello may I crash here" upload so big and clear, as opposed to both our pages being so small.

Well done using scraps to create this pretty layout. Great job with the layering of pattern papers and with the fun use of ink spatters.

jloubier: your pp looks so great with your goats and your flowers! Great digging into the stash crystalb: love the top/bottom orientation of the first design - could be done with so many themes and pp scraps - and your layers on the 2nd. Re: uploading LOs - I save mine at 6x6" and 72 pixels/inch (I think that's the parameter) when I save it, and use that size throughout photobucket and here. It seems to be a size you can "see" on a screen without scrolling around, or losing quality?

jloubier Lady is adorable and I'm always glad to hear of animals who are able to find a new and loving home. I really like how you've separated the photos on the banner and all the touches of blue. crystalb I love the fun title on your cookie dealer page and all the messy splatters on your second page. Great (happy!) colour combo on both pages too.

Thank you for looking and for any comments you may leave. Jacynthe What a pretty pretty goat and page! I have heard goats are social animals and don't like being alone. I am glad you adopted her and now she has friends We are looking to add goats to our animal family sometime in the near future. Again, really great page

kitbop, I just LOVE your "May I crash here" layout. The title is so clever. It suits the story of your bird rescue perfectly. The title work is not only clever, it's super well done. I love the different types of lettering. The big flowers have instant impact. Love the #HappyLittleMoments sticker. Great job. ♥♥♥

Thank you for the comments on my "Lady" layout. I really appreciate them. And thank you, kitbop for explaining how you upload your layouts so that we can all see them clearly. I'm going to try your 6 x 6 / 72 pixels trick next time I share a layout.

I'm hoping this works. I actually did these two layouts last week just haven't had time to upload to the gallery. This is my first time I think I have tried posting the actual pictures here so I hope it works. This one used mostly older stuff but I mixed in some Gold shine and new stamps and punches This is so not my style with the busy background paper but I figured what the heck. I have had this paper forever. IMG_5722 by Patti A, on Flickr This one used mostly new products and didn't turn out anything like I planned but I like the finished product even if it is much simpler than the original plan. DawnMcD: I know 2 people named Mavis. Great great ladies and I adore your floral clusters! Actually, I can't believe how good the clusters look on the floral background too. Love the strip of stripes at the bottom of your other LO, and how you pulled those colours through the LO as you go up. Scrapper100: Years ago, on 2 peas, I remember one of the garden girls preached "pull it to the middle" when you are having trouble scrapping a page...love the way you did that with the pp you felt "wasn't your style" - looks great! And I {heart} the balloons LO, the clouds are perfect, all the embellie your page needs.

I apologize for being so absent, BMX season has started and apparently this weekend and last EVERY CHILD WE KNOW was born LOL! FIVE bday parties in two weekends has this momma burnt out LOL!
