My Cricut still works with the Sure Cuts a lot program. I did not update it but now I have to move it to a new computer. Can I do this without updating the cricut and making it where it won't with SCAL? If you've done this, please help! TIA Karen

I just bought a new computer and was worried about this, too. So I emailed Craft Edge. All you need to do is re-download SCAL and when it asks enter your registered email address. I had no problems. And it works with Windows 10.

Thank you so much! I was worried that my Cricut would try to update when I plugged it in.

I did the same when I moved to my new MacBook Pro from my old one. No problems. It supposedly doesn't work on the new OS but it works fine for me. I have SCAL2 and they said I needed to get 4 and then send it to 2 for it to cut. Nope. Not happening. It messed up my stuff. I'm sticking with 2.

I moved my SCAL to my new MacBook Pro, but it did not work at first. I found a message board that addressed the issue. I needed a "patch" program, that I downloaded, and now it works fine.
