I don't use a wash cloth. I can't imagine the amount of washcloths I'd have to buy for a family of 4 and the laundry we would have changing them everyday.
Removable shower head, shower gel, and my hand does the job. I don't clean my "inner" ass. I can't imagine that would be much fun. Besides, you shit out of it. Just how clean does it have to be?

The water, shampoo, soap, etc runs down in there and cleans it plenty. No need for a complete scrub down or enema like power spray. I mean, you will never ever remove all the bacteria from your nether regions no matter how vigorously you try.
