Just poking around to see if anyone else has had any of her inks dry up yet? I just went to use the St. Helens color ink and I had to push really hard to get any kind of imprint on my stamp. I bought these when she initially released them...just in the fall wasn't it? I do not store them upside down because I remember her specifically saying that they do not need to be and that she doesn't store them that way either. I am really disappointed! Should I reach out to her via her customer service on her website or maybe through IG? I know a lot of Peas are no longer fans of hers and that's ok. I just want my ink to not dry up after such a short time and after storing them no different than I do my other inks. I've also only used this color a total of maybe 3 times!

I would contact her customer service. Despite her affiliation with SC, her customer service seems to still be good. I'm sure she'll stand behind her product. Ink pads should last way longer than 6 months. I have inks from other manufacturers that are over 10 years old and still work fine.

I've had the same problem with the Color Theory pigment inks. I imagine they are sort of similar.

Oh no I guess I should check mine. I love the colors and hope it was just a bad ink pad. I would be upset because I have used them much either and bought the new set as well.

Sometimes when I have issues with my pigment ink pads I will mush them around a bit. Use the back of a spoon or an old credit card. It seems to get them going again. (But I don't have any AE inks.)

nicolep, I tried mine today and they are all fine. Maybe you got a bum one. I'm glad they're sending you a new one! Great news!

I have ink pads from Stampin' Up from when I first started scrapbooking like 14 years ago that are still juicy! Glad that AE's customer service is taking care of this. I figured they would. She has a top notch team.
