Where will you be?
I read an article in the WaPo about the solar eclipse on that day. It's pretty big news nearby, because we are near the path.
Would you be someone who would travel to see a solar eclipse? It makes me wonder if tourism really will spike.

I have a friend (and her DH) who have traveled all over the world chasing eclipses. I'll ask her if they're going to see this one. (That's all I really have. I don't follow eclipses.)

Would you be someone who would travel to see a solar eclipse? No - luckily I have witnessed a few solar eclipses but I don't think I would travel to go see one. Aug 21, 2017 is a workday for me so I guess I will be at the office

I'm about 40 min from being right on the line. I'll probably drive down (even though my town will still get the brunt of it.)

We live just outside what will be totality by a couple hours. The science museum is selling tickets for the fairgrounds that will be in the path so we bought those and will be traveling, who knows how long it will take though due to everyone else traveling to that area that morning. I'm excited!
