Good for you! What is more impressive it that you are going to a crop in MAY and you are planning NOW! haha!! I am quite sure these kits will be used by then! I have to keep making them (but outpacing the speed at which i use them LOL)

Great job. Are you going to set a goal of so many page kits per week to be prepared for your crop and so that you can scrap in the meantime too?
I make my page kits the same way - just using paper!!
The only difference is that I create my journaling at the same time as I edit my photos to print. So I have the story for each set of photos added with it. Then I kit up. If I'm using a collection kit, several photo sets may end up with that collection. I add the embellishments when making the page, unless there is something I KNOW I want to use. It really makes scrapping so much faster for me.

I put all the sticky stuff on wax paper and just toss it in the kit. This way I have everything I need to complet the page without taking the bulk of my stuff. I call this half scrapbooking. Cause I'm doing have the work thinking of the colors and titles and what I wanna convey with my pages. Then I do the other half at the crop coming up with a page design! That (what I bolded) is a brilliant idea!! I have all my embellishments in 12x12 Iris boxes, so the embellishing part of my scrapping process can take a VERY long time. I sometimes make kits (sort of) -- paper + page sketch designs and cutting directions for the pages-- but I don't go any farther than that during my kitting process. I really like the idea of choosing embellishments (and the photos, too, lol) so that when I go to scrap, I have to do minimal thinking. I AM a non-themed scrapper, which makes it a bit easier, but I do like to add themed embellishments if I have them. One additional question: I have a lot of Silhouette designs that I'd like to start incorporating, too- does anyone have ideas for how to incorporate this kind of die-cutting into the kitting process??

i dont really use embellies, so they're really easy to make lol. I'm a pretty low embellishment scrapper, too, but I'm still really impressed that you made 18 kits and matched them to photos. Save
