I bought all 80 zig true color brush markers. I hope I'll like them. It cost me my $106.00 on Amazon. I was looking at various scrapbook online stores and Amazon was by far the cheapest. I love Amazon. I buy a lot of stuff from them. I should have it my Wednesday. I can't wait to play with them. All I need is for some cute stamps to color them in.

I really like mine. And I got them at Amazon for a steal.
If you're going to use them with a water brush, the BEST paper is Bristol Smooth. If you are going to just color (no water) then Neenah Solar White.

Have fun playing! As a kid, my favorite part about going back to school was a new box of crayons and some blank paper.

I've never water colored before. I'm going to give it a try. I went to bick art last week and bought some Bristol smooth paper. I'll have to into Neenah solar white. I wonder if alcohol ink paper would work for just coloring.

I'm so jealous! I haven't pulled the trigger yet because they are an investment and I'm not sure I really will use them enough to justify...but oh boy are they on my want list!

I really want to try those. I have my eye on the set of 48 but I have to make sure I'm really going to use them.. I'm still I'm the 'how many things will I do with these' phase.
Enjoy your new goodies!

I hope I like them. I'm getting 80 of them. Now I'll have to find a home in my already crowded scrap room

I love my set. It takes some getting use to, because it's not like Copics or pencils. Just be patient with yourself and just practice using them.

I never had copies or pencils. I did get the original chameleon marker set. I found them tedious to use.

Enjoy!
I love Amazon for basics like adhesives. I can usually find them cheaper than using a coupon and hoping the item is in stock.

I just bought them last week from Amazon, but the ones I have seem really dry. I tried the ones at the scrapbook store that they've had out for months with the tips up in a little bucket, and they're super juicy. The ones I have I had to scribble and scribble to get the color to flow, and I guess I"m just worried they're already half dried out and won't last long. I stored them tip down for a couple days, and they're a little better, but still not as wet as the scrapbook store ones. Anyone else have Amazon ones? Were your like this and are they lasting?

Hi there, I bought mine from Amazon about a month ago, I got the 60 set and I'm having a lot of trouble with them being dried out. I also thought if I store them upside down that may help but it didn't. I may send them back. I thought it was just me but now I've contacted the seller since I read your post. My seller had great reviews too. I'm hoping I can exchange them.

infinityYeah, I'm really thinking I may just need to return mine, which really bums me out. I've spent months trying to pick a pen set, and finally decided on those, and now they have issues. I haven't tried calling the manufacturer, but from what I've read, they won't back up Amazon sales because of knock-offs, but there's no way to tell if the product is authentic anymore. I know I don't buy a lot of items there because Amazon allows it's sellers to sell knock-offs/reconditioned items advertised as OEM/first quality, and it's very difficult sometimes to figure out if you're buying a real OEM part/original item or not. These look like they are completely authentic, though. The box is identical in every way to the manufacturer's box, and the the individual markers are all identical to the ones at the scrapbook store. They just aren't as juicy. The seller I picked had almost perfect reviews, only 1 complaint in the last 6 months for a package getting lost. When I got the box, it wasn't taped shut, just had the ends folded under and that's it. Not a single piece of tape anywhere on the box. The order was fulfilled by Amazon with prime shipping--so I have no idea if the seller actually provides specific stock, or if Amazon just pools all the like items? And if I have to turn them upside down for a week to get them to write almost-properly, how long are they really going to last? Surely they can't be fully inked if gravity makes that much difference to a new item. Anyway...it's been really disappointing, and it kind of puts me off the pens now.

I wish I knew all these problems. I wouldn't have bought them off eBay. I'm suppose to get them today. I don't have much confidence that I'm going to have markers that work. I really hope that's not the case.

I received the markers today. My verdict is they are okay. The plastic box they came in was torn on the side. I tried all the markers and they are not dried out. Some are juicier than others. I hope these won't become dust collectors in my already crowded room. I just scribbled a bit on regular white card stock
