Husband gone for at least a month DD who is 20 gone till Sunday (San Diego on Spring break) DD who is 8 is at school Laundry caught up today All extra icky cleaning jobs done.. .i.e. fish tank... blech The rest can wait!!
Work can wait till later.. I can work my own hours or if I get a call I can put scrapping aside easily do my work and switch off.
SO I am determined to do some scrappy things at least between now and Sunday!!! AND not spend that time "organizing".. which is what I usually do.. lol

WOOHOOO!Enjoy! I have deemed Saturday a "HOME CROP" day. It is even written on the calendar and everything! Today is doctors and more doctors, tomorrow I will clean up and prep food then Saturday do not talk to me, do not ask me for anything unless there is a weather emergency, or your Daddy is dying and you can't get him awake LOL!

So jealous! Now that DH works second shift, I almost never get the house to myself anymore. Although when I did, I would have all kinds of plans for what I was going to get done but would end up just sitting in a chair thinking "My God, this is nice!"

Yay, you! DH was gone last Friday night and Saturday. I did all my yucky jobs Friday night, leaving Saturday to ME.
Enjoy!

That sounds delightful. I can't remember the last time I had the house to myself for longer than a couple of hours. Enjoy!

Well DH is a trucker (newbie) and we are getting used to the change. Me, I got used to it on day one!! HAHAHA... I like my alone time. So his real first week home was last week and I was ready for him to get going! Love my guy though. But I don't have to get mad at him for sleeping all the time, making more work for me. He loves to start laundry, but dang can't he follow through on it? He can start it but really you can't put it away? Uggg. Plus he puts 3 things in to wash. So much waste. So yeah, I was sick the whole time he was here anyways, so it was double the amount of stuff I had to reorganize after he left yesterday.
Anyways, I am clearing off my desk and getting to work. I think I am going to file all of my finished layouts into my books. I know I said I wasn't going to organize, but this really needs to be done. And I will feel good about it!

Yay for you! Alone time is always good. I love that I can do what I want, and nobody to ask me any questions!
