When I saw this color combo I wasn't sure what to do. It didn't really inspire me...until I found these photos. Suddenly, I knew just what to do. October Afternoon paper to the rescue! The blue isn't a perfect match but I think is close enough for me. Love that these photos are finally on a page!  |

lilacgal you're so quick off the mark! I love the orange background with these fun photo strips and think you've chosen the perfect shade of blue to complement them.

Really liked these colors and wanted to try it. Big time fail..hate it. Especially sticker sneeze but it is no better without them. Probably will not redo it, though. Pictures aren't special. Will try to do better with the companion page with the same pallete. Ok, I know you want to see how bad it is. Suggestions welcome. Like this one a little better. Wow! You ladies have been busy!
No scrapping for me until the April 21-23 crop, but I printed this off to take with me for inspiration. Will try to pack supplies that fit with this and the photos I am taking.

@elaynef I actually like both pages. I love all the strips behind the photo on the home sweet home page. The little pop of yellow in the photo mat really focuses on your photo. I like the colour blocked background on the Ridosa page. The striped pp helps pull your eye down to the larger group photo. KikiPea beautiful photo. I've loved seeing how you embellished these enlargements and this colour combo was perfect for a Hawaii page. |

lilacgal What a great layout. It really highlights the fun photos. I love anything OA, too. @elaynef You are too hard on yourself. It's not bad at all. I think if you added a little red to the left side, it would help, since I don't see any red in the stripe. I adore your second layout! What a lovely photo, too.

lilacgal, a fun and beautiful page. I'm swooning over that love, love, love chipboard piece. @elaynef, Winter Wonderland is very nice. The log sticker for a shelf for you middle photo is very clever and attractive. I like all of the colors and patterns you've used. Home Sweet Home would go on my pinterest board. I love the paper strips under the larger photo and that rooftop chimney with the title and the double matting of the photo. So everything! KikiPea, beautiful embellishment clusters on a large photo. gorgeous.
