Or Disneyworld? Whenever we go I tell dh that if we both worked there he'd work at the jungle cruise because he's funny and loves to talk to people and loves boats.
I decided I would like to create the artwork for rides, e.g. They want a scene with a bird in a tree, I'd make it. If I were more creative I'd love to be an imagineer and come up with ideas from scratch but realistically for me I need some sort of direction.
What would you do, something working with people or something behind the scenes?

Behind the scenes. I want to know all the secrets, and how all the rides look when they're not actually running. I think I'd like to work on the team that keeps all the rides, animatronics, and scenes fresh, painted, and pretty. Or on the team that does the amazing window displays on Main Street .

I'd work in Finance. Preferably capital development so I would always know what was in the works.

I don't know if this is a real job, but I want to be that person who goes up to People and gives them something amazing- like it's your birthday, you get a pass to the front of all the lines or you get to stay in the dream Suite or the castle etc. that would be so fun to just treat people to fun surprises all day!

Do they have greeters at Disneyland like they do at Wal-Mart? I want that job. It's perfect really. You see them as they come in and are happy. They don't stick around. You don't see them at the end of the day when they are exhausted and kids are cranky. You can sit down and sip away on a water bottle. I guess you'd have to know the layout of the park or you could refer them to guest services. Can you tell I've only been there 1 time over 20 years ago?

I would work in Animal Kingdom. I'd like to feed the giraffes and other friendly animals. I'd also like to do the public encounters with animals one day a week.

As a kid growing up near Disneyland I always acted out the roll of the guide on the boats through storybook land. Now I would love to work in an office behind the scenes onsite at the park. Would love the excitement of being there but no have to deal with the crowds

If I wasn't afraid of heights? Tinkerbell, flying high at the end of the fireworks show. But I'm told it's usually a male who does that.

They do kind of have that job! When we went our first time it was both mine and my DD's birthdays. When they saw us wearing birthday buttons, a nice gentleman had the crowd sing us Happy Birthday, took us into Magic Kingdom early and drove us in a little jail Paddy Wagon to the Castle for photos and gave my DD some Minnie Ears. That made a huge impression! I'd like that job too. Or to work in Animal Kingdom driving a Safari truck. I'd be a good pretend Safari guide. LOL I always joke that I'm going to retire so I can work at Disney.

I would want to do seasonal set design! As in, design and execute photo back-drops or store-front windows; buckets of flowers, stacks of pumpkins, paper lanterns, that sort of thing!

i would be the person who handed out the celebration badges and wrote the names on them. interaction time is fast and people are generally happy when they come to you. i can't do a job where people are angry or complaining so no Main St. concierge job for me.

I would work in the Christmas store, decorating the trees and arranging all the ornaments. I would be in my element!

I'd also probably want to do something with design/decorating, behind the scenes. Maybe coming up with the room themes for the hotel or resturaunt.. My brother did work at Disney right after HS. He worked in one of the resturaunts. He really liked it for most part. My Aunt lived in Aneheim at the time and we spent our summers with her and my cousins. A LOT!

Either drive the safari truck at AK. Or my most favorite: sew all the costumes for the little dolls in It's a Small World ride. How fun would that be!!!

I would like to be the ride tester (if such a thing existed). I'd test every ride at least once a week.
I saw a pretend job once for a water slide tester and I thought - That's my dream job.

DD has always said she'd thought I'd do a fabulous job as Lady Tremaine. She gets to correct naughty children and remind people of their manners, and no one gets angry with her because that's who she is. She shows up around the castle for meet and greets every so often and at 1900 Park Faire at the Grand Floridian Resort. So guess my daughter thinks I'm bossy?

I would love to be one of the people that work in the haunted mansion. They get to be mean & scare kids by sending them into a closed dark room.

When I was young and in great shape I'd have loved to be a dancer in one of the parades or a showgirl at the saloon in Adventureland. I'd still love to do that if I wasn't old and overweight. Lol
I had friends in high school that were in the Disneyland band for summer jobs. They loved it.
The auditor that used to come audit our books every year used to be Goofy when he was in college. He met his wife there. She was Snow White. I always thought that was awesome!

Since you specified DL I would like to be the person who changes the HM to HM Holiday. That would be fun to work behind the scenes, I would think working on the rides would be too monotonous, although I do love the outfits at Storybook Boat ride and the HM.

I'd want to be one of their hotel or restaurant designers (I'm a former interior designer). Or, a sommelier in one of their restaurants. Inside the park, I'd be the helper, greeter, customer service, that sort of job person.

My little cousin, 22/23 yo is one of the Elsa's. She performs in the parades and meet & greets. She recently returned from a stint at Disney in Tokoyo & Paris as both Elsa & Rapunzel. She was just cast as... I *think* Black Widow though for the life of me I have no clue who that is. She thoroughly loves her job at Disney. She's also a rally girl for our Anaheim Angels baseball team so all in all - she's doing exactly what I'd love to have done while in college (which she is - 2 semesters to go!)
I'm a passholder with little ones and there so often that I have to ponder this for a bit. Hmmmm
