I have a bunch of old pictures that I have to send back to my uncle. He originally told me I could have them, but apparently he forgot and is asking for them back. Bummer, but that is okay. I got them all scanned in. My question is that some of the pictures I had to remove from the original scrapbooks because they were falling apart. Some of the pictures the paper is stuck to the back (it's like black construction paper) and won't come off. I wanted to try to get this off before giving them back to him in case he has some issue about the pics. I tried the Un-Du but that didn't work. Right now I am just trying to peel it off but yeah, not really happening.
Any suggestions?

I would leave them as they are. I would not want to risk damaging the photo.
Could you put them back in the album with photo squares?

I agree about not trying to peel anything off - you risk doing more damage.

I had this issue when re-doing an old album, and this ^^ is exactly what I did. I peeled off the loose parts of the original paper and used photo squares to mount them in the new album/scrapbook. Well I don't have the albums they were to far gone. I have torn off all the possible pieces. I will just leave them as is and send back to him. He may not even notice. Who knows. Thanks!
