So I bought a friend one of the WRMK Fuse tools for $10 at Tuesday Morning. It's going to be a birthday gift.
I noticed they also had other items, all labeled FUSEables. There were plastic sleeves, ribbon(fringe)and paper packs. I looked at them but couldn't see anything different about them compared to regular items.
I don't have a Fuse myself. So I'm wondering should I buy any of these items or can it be used with regular plastic sleeves and regular paper etc?
I'm confused.lol Any advice is greatly appreciated. :-)

It can be used with regular page protectors, but you can't fuse paper. The fuse melts things together, so it has to be something meltable. The fuse paper is pretty cool, particularly if she is a card maker.

@skellinton, Thanks. I was just curious because the FUSEable paper didn't seem to be different (in the package) than regular scrapping paper. I'm guessing tho that it must be some type of plastic.
I'll buy her a couple of the FUSEable things. I'm sure she'll enjoy it as she's been saying she wants a Fuse forever, or so it seems.lol
Thanks!

I keep wondering if stonepaper (which has plastics in it) is the same as the fuseable paper.

My last post is not very helpful. Sorry about that.
As far as getting something in addition to the fuse, consider an inexpensive glass cutting board from Wally world. It protects the working surface and I have read many times that the fuse works better with a glass "mat". WRMK does have a glass mat, but it can be pricey and the cutting board is suppose to word just as well. Maybe also some page protectors that she can play with?
