I just finished organizing my photos that need to be printed. I was a little shocked when I realized how many I had. Between Project Life April (I scrap monthly), an insert in April for my birthday, an insert in April for Easter, and a separate book for Week in the Life, I have 128 pictures to print. This is how many I am going to scrapbook; this is after eliminating several choices. At first I was thinking it was too many, then decided, never too many. What is the most you have printed/used for a month? This is also not including pictures I will print to do traditional 12x12 layouts of later. lol ETA: so far for May I have about 29 photos for Project Life, and it is only the 18th today. And my nephew turns 3 on the 30th, so will have a few that day.

I think it really depends on the person. For me I don't want more than 1 family album per year. So with that in mind I have to limit what goes into the album.

I've never done PL or WitL, but I'd expect they would up my photo count considerably. That's great though. The more the better!
Most years I end up with one family album, but some years overflow to two. And I scrap each page multi-photo, so it's a good number of photos.

What is the most you have printed/used for a month? Well, I don't do PL, so I don't know if this counts. The year (a decade ago!) when we took my kids to Disney for a week. It took two albums to scrapbook 997 photos. No regrets! I love all those photos and it was a once in a lifetime trip for us.

I limit myself to one album a year. I happily edit my photos down to the ones that tell my story the way i like.

I take and print a lot of photos, and decide after they are printed which ones I will scrap. I printed 56 photos this week, and will probably get 4 to 6 pages using them.
Ahead of the pace I set for one page for each day this year, and the number of pics on each page vary from one to four. So 128 photos for a month sounds in the ballpark.

This is me - no more than one family album a year. I prefer to get a couple of years in one album, since I do separate vacation albums. So 100 photos would be a year's worth.

I don't want more than one album a year, either. Unfortunately, I have no self Conrol. I have way too many. My poor kids.

For PL I only use 5 or 6 photos per week, so about 20-25 for the month.
I've never thought about it before, but between all my projects (including WITL and December Daily) I probably scrap 400-500 or so photos per year. I think that's a manageable number for me, though I print a lot more, probably 4 or 5 times that many. Someday I'll get around to scrapping those or putting them into an album.

I have no absolutely no clue as to how many photos. I know I have way more stories I'd like to tell than time to tell (scrap) them. But I used to love the idea of having lots of the photos!

Just curious what you do with the ones that you don't make layouts with? I stack them in boxes--about a shoe box per year--and sometimes go back through them when I need a particular photo or group of photos for a particular project.

They are all in digital format and can easily be reprinted (which I don't recall ever doing).
