My oldest dgs is graduating next weekend, and I need to make him a card.
Do you have some pic's of cards you have made or received, or do you have pins you have saved of masculine grad cards? A link to some inscriptions or sentiments?
Any ideas would be helpful...

If you like simple, you could do something like I did...I bought the little decorations at Michaels...or, you could make your own individual pieces similar to them. ETA:Made the little cap myself with just a black square, and green glitter "washi".

You could easily change the background to something more masculine

Thanks, Ladies! Love yours, KikiPea, but couldn't figure out how to get the hat right. Fortunately my stamps and dies came from TE, so I could use them. I am going to pin some of those, refugeepea! Love all the texture. I ended up doing this card, but I will store the others for future use. I have a grandniece graduating from high school and a dgd graduating from her elementary school in June. Fantastic card grammadee ! The embossing really makes it !!! Thanks! I didn't explain this part in my Flickr post, but I actually double embossed. Once I had stamped, applied the powder, and heated it, I didn't think the words stood out enough. But fortunately, I had used my Precision stamp press, so it was easy to reapply the VersaMark and then reapply the ep. After the second heating, I was happy with the way the sentiments stood out from the background.
