Had a haircut and color Saturday. Paid and tipped. A few of my side layers weren't cut short enough I'm realising over past few days. .messaged girl and asked if she could trim them real quick . Would you tip again?

I have had my stylist "fix" my hair a few times over the years and I never paid or tipped for the correction. I think it's part of good customer service to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Probably not, but if I see she is really busy and going through a lot of trouble to fit me in and fix it the day I called, I might. My stylist would not charge me for the fix and certainly not expect a tip. I bet she'd even refuse the tip if I tried, she's great with customer service like that though.

I just messaged her and said I can do any evening on way home from work and she said stop in tonight

No, I wouldn't tip for a correction that was her error. If it was something I changed my mind about, then I would tip.

It's just at the time I thought layers were short enough, but after trying to style my hair since then it isn't much different from before i went in!

I would absolutely not tip again to fix an uneven cut. If you just decided afterwards that you wanted the layers shorter, then I would tip.
