This is precisely why I decided that I was okay unsubscribing. For half of the sub price, I can pick up a month old kit on sale. I wish the SB kit was $10, too, but it seems bulky enough for $15 to be worth it. The best part is I get zone shipping so even when I pick up 10 kits during a sale, I only pay around $11 for shipping at the most. I'm debating which kits to nab...for about $7 more than my PL sub was, I can get both the LP and SB kit.

I just cancelled my subscription. Seems pretty stupid to pay full price for a kit I can pick up for less than half price the next month.

I just cancelled my subscription. Seems pretty stupid to pay full price for a kit I can pick up for less than half price the next month. She doesn't usually...it seems she does more of these kit sales when the contents are exclusive (you'll notice that the April SB kit is NOT on sale...it was the month before her exclusive kits started). Typically, the sales are every 4-6 months, but she's been doing 48 and 72 hour sales randomly every couple of months. They usually don't include the most recent kits. I figured when I cancelled that I could just pick up all of the kits I liked and missed when she had her bigger sales every 4-6 months but now it would appear I don't even need to wait that long. I'm glad I cancelled when I did. I used to not be bothered paying more because the sales were so infrequent, but now that they are happening more frequently, I sort of imagine this is what SC's subbers feel (only they are locked into a subscription term). I have been speculating for a while that her kits aren't doing as well as they used to now that she doesn't have add-ons, but with her doing all exclusive product, I figured that perhaps it was her just wanting to do her own thing and offer more main kits and not add-ons so the add-ons only vanished while she switched gears. Now I'm not really sure at all...if you're doing really well, you wouldn't be offering kits for super cheap so frequently. This is the road Scraptastic went down and they've now dropped off the face of the planet.

Great sale. I put 4 kits in my cart - shipping is $15.60 - eek! Depending on where you live, try separating into 1-2 kits/order. It's an odd system.
