I want to back up my photos and can get add photos but when I add them to an album I get the message that it is adding them to the album but then it says it is empty. I just get all the photos in one place and not organized at all. Is this how they do it. I usually organize by year and then by month and occasionally a another folder within the month. Getting really frustrated with computers today as this is not the only this that isn't working the way I think it should work LOL.
Is there some place that will give more information as I followed the wizard thing in Amazon but it didn't do anything. I am trying to download from my computer not from my phone although at one point I will want to do that as well.

Sorry you are having problems. My understanding is that they use Snapfish for their printing. If you are wondering about the quality maybe that will be helpful. I haven't tried it.

Are you using the mobile app or the web browser? Amazon Photos puts all your photos in one place, in one jumbled soup. Then they want you to search with a keyword for your photo and they'll "find it" that way using facial recognition, location or the date the photo was taken, depending on what you search for Like Google Photos, they don't work off a "filing cabinet with folders" structure. It is annoying if you are used to being organized with structure. I figure these 'cloud' back-ups are my last resort anyway so I keep my EHD organized and backed up the way I like it and just have Amazon Photos and Google Photos as free extras. Here's the FAQ on how to find photos in Amazon www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202094300

I tried uploading photos to Amazon but never got it to work. I gave up and am now using Google Photos instead.
