CD seriously needs to work on the website. Something happens every month at subscriber reveal.

Yes, they definitely need to address the issue. I've been a subscriber since April and every month there has been an issue at reveal. Continual site crashing and super, super slow checking out. It looks like my order at reveal went through twice. I logged on at 7 when reveal started and the site crashed 30 minutes before we could even buy. The site came back and it took me over 30 minutes to get through the checkout process. Extremely frustrating and I was so close to just walking away and not ordering anything extra. Same thing happened two months ago and they said they were working on a new subscription model but the problem still persists.

I wanted to order the PL cards this month to try them out. Took me about an hour to check out and I was almost ready to give up as well. Another time I think I'll just let anything extra go. I don't have time to faff around and waste my time every month.

I dropped my sub this month. I was missing pinkfresh stickers a couple of mths ago and despite chasing several times I never got them.
My kit was very late in april cos they said they were waiting for product. My kit came in the end without. I asked and they said that's why the kit was late. No explanation for when to get the stickers. Waited.. Contacted them and asked when I was getting, was told they had them,but they had to figure out how to get them out to folks....uhmm how about posting . Still no stickers in june.,so that was it. I thought sc was bad but this was just rude. I hadn't liked the designs the last few months and I was fed up with the website issues.
I do like this month. But cest la vie.
This was may 10th "They are here, and Christine is attempting to figure out the best way to send them. She had hoped to tuck them in with this month's box, but if that's not possible for some reason she will send them separately very soon."

I used to be CD's biggest fan and recommended them to everyone because of their fantastic customer service, but I've noticed some disappointing changes lately as well. Maybe Christine is distracted by her wedding and things will return to normal once she's back...

It was a combination of things on the site as well as some weird stuff by the facebook b/s/t group moderators so I'm buying my scrap and planner supplies elsewhere for now.

I'm more than a bit frustrated, too. I can understand problems with a website one month. But when there are problems month after month my patience wears thin. I'll give them another 30 days to get their act together.
