Happy July, everybody!!! 177 days left till Christmas!!! LOL Welcome to monthly Sketch/Scraplift challenge! Each month, I will post both a sketch, and a LO for you to lift, or draw inspiration. I'll be including something for both 1 page scrappers, as well as 2 page scrappers, and some of the LO's can be modified to fit either one. I like seeing the creativity of changing them up! I think it will be fun to see what you pick, or if you decide to do both! Here we go!   As you know, in scraplifting/using sketches, your LO's can end up looking exactly like the inspiration piece, or you can let your creativity run wild!  These are just jumping off points to get you rolling. Have fun, and link your LO's back to this thread so that we can all see your piece of art and give you some lovin'!  admin , please add to the master list. Thank you! |

KikiPea, I love all the different sizes and shapes of photos and their angles and overlaps on this page. Really keeps it interesting.

Here is my take. The second page kind of works with the sketch, but the first page got away from me. I also wanted the circles bouncing across the two pages like bubbles.  july sketch challenge by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I thought with the papers chosen, the sketch in hand, and the bubbles punched I could do this for DawnMcD's 20 minute challenge, but decided not to add the pressure of a timer. In the end, from start to post, the process took an hour (with all the prep work done). |
