I see that Scotch changed their packaging for the ATG refills. They used to be in a cardboard box with 2 thin waxy pieces of paper to separate the 2 rolls. Now they are in plastic with 3 pieces of plastic separating the 2 rolls. is the plastic recyclable? I can't tell on the packaging, it doesn't say, that I can see. Thought it was strange that they would change the packaging to so much plastic.

I noticed the change the last time I was at M's. I had the thought that it would prevent people from stealing the refills and leaving the packaging behind. There was one old package and I opened it up and sure enough there was only one roll inside.

Hmm. Interesting Elsabelle. Sad what people do! I haven't bought any for a while but the last time I bought them (from Framing Supplies online) they were packaged in the cardboard box with the waxy paper things too.
