Lately it's been perfume for me. I've always liked perfume but lately I'm buying about one bottle a week and hunting for perfume deals more than scrap supply deals. I'm also entering a succulent phase. I've never been able to keep plants alive but I have a succulent that has stuck with me for two years so I'm going to try a couple more. My girls and I will be painting some terracotta pots later. I used to bake a lot and that phase has come and gone. I tried crocheting but only completed a couple of projects. I used to be a voracious reader but stopped when my kids were little. Lately I've been reading more.
What else keeps you busy besides scrapping?

I don't have much free time besides scrapbooking, with 4 kids and homeschooling them, volunteering for their activities etc. But, I do read, especially when traveling or before bed. I also enjoy baking and sewing, though I do those more on an as-needed basis.

I love to drive and explore. We go for long drives whenever we can, stop along the way and do little hikes or sightseeing or something. Our dogs are really good at long car trips so it's super fun to go somewhere outdoorsy with them on a nice day or weekend. When we retire we're going to be RVers for sure.

I don't even scrap. I like seeing other people's scrapping projects though. I mostly just make cards but I've also been sewing a lot lately. Clothes, quilts, and I'm getting ready to make a purse for my daughter and a wallet for myself. I also am pretty addicted to pokemon go. I love that it's something my kids and I can do together and it has us out riding our bikes or taking walks almost every day.

I read mainly, but have been know to knit, and waste time on here & youtube....but with sports (watching the boys play) 2x kids still at home, housework, fulltime work - some things do take a back seat (housework mainly)
My hubby fishes, so in summer/early autumn/spring he is out there on the water most weekends, leaves me time to scrap.

gale w , your first sentence made me laugh for some reason. I don't play pokeman go but I do love a nice, long walk.

I have a huge obsession with aquariums that's taken up a lot of my time throughout my life. Sadly, I am without any fish right now and it sucks. But I hope to set up another tank in a year or so. I also spend a lot of time with my horse, reading, and doing various crafts. Lately I've been dabbling in writing short stories and I hope to one day get good enough to write a full book.

Unfortunately not as much as I'd like as my job is really demanding but I also read, make cards and knit a bit. I've had various hobbies in the past that I no longer do - key ones would be cross stitch and various kinds of embroidery plus mosaics. I do a bit of baking but usually only when friends are coming as I try not to have too much of it in the house

I let myself play a game on my phone all the time. When my kids are with their dad, I sometimes don't really know what to do with myself. After all the years of driving them around to everything, I don't have to anymore (graduated and 16 years old).... so I'm kind of in a "just sit and veg out" stage. And I'm okay with it for now. I like to read, BF and I love camping, and we have 5 animals in the house, so a lot of time is spent playing with them

I had to drop what I was doing last night because one of the kids spotted a Pikachu wearing a hat two blocks from our house. I'm happy to say we caught him.

We do both, but if we have the dogs we prefer a shorter day, with at least one long break (typically a hike or picnic). We live near the Appalachian Trail so it's easy for us to have a day like this. If we're doing a weekend, we'll do a longer drive and stay overnight. When we're feeling more adventurous, we decide which direction we're heading when we start out, but let serendipity do some of the navigating for us. We've found some really interesting places this way. But yes, we're typically out the door early and home for dinner. We call this a "Best Day Ever" Day which makes it easy to scrap.

Right now, I'm pretty obsessed with my yoga and meditation practices, which takes a considerable amount of my time but is so worth it because of the benefits!!

Quilting, jewelry making, hiking, fishing and hunting. I haven't devoted much time to those over the last year or so, its mainly just been scrapbooking for quite some time.

Right now I spend most of my time on the computer getting up to speed on what's been happening in the scrapping world, learning how to use my Cameo and Big Shot and shopping for supplies. So between that and helping everyone else with their projects I like to read, shop for antiques, garden and crochet afghans.

My other obsession lies in nail polish. I've cut back recently unless it's something really groundbreaking. I have my eye on a new collection by ILNP. I may ask for it as a Christmas gift. I've recently started making cards. I'm blaming Cathy Zielske for that one! I love to bake and decorate cupcakes. It doesn't happen as often though since I'm trying to lose a few pounds. I enjoy walking and attempting to run. Virtual 5k races are certainly an obsession.

Before kids: I loved hiking, jogging, reading, painting, keeping my nails manicured and painted, and cooking. Cooking can be a lot of fun when you aren't required to do it for 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, and 52 weeks out of the year.
When the kids where younger: There was less me time, as I also homeschool, so family day adventures were a big thing for us(what we call going off with no plan and finding something to do; could end up at a museum, on a hike, at a festival, at a lake, a junk shop, or just driving around), exploring area parks, reading (but now outloud to to the kids). For just me time: scrapbooking, even learned digital hoping to up production, started art journaling a little bit.
Now that they're tween/teen: scrapbooking, art journaling/mixed media, reading (still sometimes outloud, but for myself too). I still don't have a lot of time as we now have a homestead and our refurbishing the house, oh so slowly. I really like my bees and chickens, although the ladies haven't started laying yet. Spending time here at 2psrefugees. I've been collecting glassware from junk shops. No special pattern or anything, just if I like the color and design and they have at least 4-8 pieces. Lately, I feel more inclined to feel like a person instead of zombie mommy, so I'm getting more into make-up and nails again. I've been buying lipsense which I'm loving.

We have a turkey this year too, and she/he? is a hoot The kids can't wait until we let them hatch a few of the chicks next year. We have a bantam rooster, and he's adorable because he's so small compared to the ladies, but he's a hoot to watch round them up in the evening. We got 2 turkey's last week. They aren't nearly as responsive as the chickens. I need to spend more time with them. It makes me happy to see another chicken owner, as I think only another chicken owner can really understand chicken fever you get.

A lot of walking - to get places and for relaxing exercise and to listen to audiobooks. I can only listen to stuff when I'm walking, on the bus, or cooking, so I often take myself out in the late afternoon to walk laps around the park so I can listen to whatever audiobook I'm reading. Reading reading too. More this year than some. Last year I read a lot of fanfiction online but this year I'm reading more books. I read for fun and for a non fic book group at the library. Gardening, except that I don't actually *do* much in the garden. I do a bootcamp workout two mornings a week but I'm not sure if that's quite passed from something I have to do for my health to something I enjoy and consider fun yet Genealogy took up a lot of time before I started my etsy shop. Now the time I used to spend researching gets taken up with making and running my shop. If I could set aside a bit more time for it that's definitely something I do with a level of obsession. Instagram. Library volunteering one day a week. I also love TV and certain TV fandoms on Tumblr (currently on hiatus from that though).
