i know a number of Peas use Evernote but has anyone used Onenote thats free. I read it can sync multiple devices but Evernote only syncs a max of two devices. I've never used either and would appreciate opinions from those that have used them.

I've used OneNote for a lot years, both personally and professionally. I tried to use it for my craft stash because of the familiarity, but the app is different than the program. I downloaded it to my tablet, but straight away I realized that it would not allow me to "tag" items for easy searches. And I couldn't share to my phone for when I was out shopping.
Evernote is very easy to use.

I've been using OneNote off and on for lots of projects over the years. I'd have to say that Evernote is far more intuitive for adding both tags and images. OneNote, however, has no sub. Google Keep is another option; you can use the built-in tag features or just type in your tags on each note. It's free, ofc, but simpler / no notebooks / etc.
